College reps themselves are expected to liase with MML students in their own Colleges, and to take up questions which they raise. Faculty can provide feedback to students enrolled/attending each class. Faculty can enter their observations and recommendations (including attendance) for students. This additional performance feedback is critical to student engagement, learning, achievement, persistence and graduation.
